MANDATORY SKILLS and EXPERIENCE:
- Excellent computer hardware troubleshooting skills

- Must have a working knowledge of: Norton Ghost, Norton Anti-
virus, Microsoft Outlook, user domain registration, PC Hardware and
troubleshooting
- Individuals will be responsible for the break down and set up
of desktops in a large-scale Windows environment
- Experience with PC hardware and software support is required

Beside of Cisco, need to manage Juniper FW, F5-BigIP
